Apple Cider Vinegar Acid Peel

Restore your glow in just 10 minutes with this exfoliating AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) rinse-off mask using 10% Glycolic Acid paired with apple cider vinegar and mixed fruit extracts for clearer and brighter skin.

WHY IT’S SPECIAL

This next-generation peel is built for multi-level exfoliation and formulated with a blend of AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) including 10% Glycolic Acid and a combination of fruit acids to slough off dead skin cells at the surface, encouraging quicker cell regeneration so newer skin is revealed.

Mixed in this formula is an antioxidant-rich ingredient – Apple Cider Vinegar in 2% concentration that brightens skin, reduces breakouts, minimises the appearance of pores, and post-blemish marks.

While the acids are hard at work, skin-soothers like Willow Bark and Sea Buckthorn joins in the process, ensuring your skin gets all the hydration and protection it needs for a smoother, brighter, and more even complexion.

Suitable for: Normal/Combination/Dry/Oily skin types. 

Feels like: A silky gel serum.

HOW TO USE

• After cleansing, squeeze a small amount about the size of a grape and apply a thin layer to damp skin. Leave it to work for 10 minutes before rinsing off using warm water. Pat face dry and follow with preferred serums and moisturiser.

• Start with using this peel in the PM once per week, then increase to twice per week if your skin can tolerate it. Be careful not to over-exfoliate!

• Can also be used on other breakout-prone areas such as the chest and neck.

Use in the PM, once a week. Increase frequency to a maximum of twice a week if preferred. 

GOOD TO KNOW

• We always recommend doing a patch test on the inside of the forearm 24 hours before using.

• Introduce new products slowly so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation. If you're new to AHAs, start with 1-2 times per week and build up to your own skin's tolerance.

• We recommend only using one AHA at a time (this includes Glycolic, Alpha Hydroxy and Lactic acids). While they can have slightly different benefits, overuse can lead to over-exfoliation and increased sensitivity.

• Do not use alongside other exfoliating acids or Retinol in the same routine to avoid over-sensitising the skin. Instead, use AHA and Retinol products on alternate evenings.

• Due to the exfoliating properties of AHA and the fact it increases skin renewal, the top layer of skin is newer and potentially more sensitive to sunlight. We recommend using this product only in the PM and wearing SPF during the day.

• For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye area.

• If any skin irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
