• Peptides when combined with direct acids become susceptible to hydrolysis which breaks the bonds between peptides, reducing their efficacy and making them into individual amino acids. DECIEM advices that while its efficacy is reduced, it does not pose any potential harm if you have previously combined both products and have not experienced any negative side effects or discolouration.
