Organic, cold-pressed, and sustainably sourced 100% Borage Seed Oil contains an exceptionally high concentration of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – a type of omega-6 essential fatty acid that the body cannot produce on its own – including linoleic, oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids. These fatty acids will help to calm inflammation and reduce visible signs of redness, while supplying a deep boost of hydration.

Given its ability to soothe and repair severely dry and irritated skin, this makes for an excellent choice reaping amazing benefits especially for sensitive, irritated or eczema-prone skin.

HOW TO USE

• After water-based treatments, apply 1-3 drops and pat or massage into skin until absorbed.

Use in the AM and/or PM.

• This product is fragrance-free (as with all The Ordinary products), so any scent you might detect is a natural result of the ingredients. If the scent bothers you, try diluting this oil into a gentle moisturiser or cream to reap the benefits while diluting the scent!
