The 100% L-Ascorbic Acid powder offers the most direct exposure of extremely high concentrations of topical Vitamin C, giving your skin routine a healthy boost of radiance. Vitamin C is a primary water-soluble antioxidant in our tissue that plays a big role in creating new skin-firming collagen, it also helps to fade hyperpigmentation by inhibiting Tyrosinase – an enzyme responsible for brown spots – from forming.

Vitamin C also features great photo-protective properties which makes it a fantastic “sleeve” to go under your sunscreen, doubling its UV protection. If that still isn't enough, throw Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid into the mix and they form the perfect trio that further accumulates its photo-protective benefits. This also means that it’s an excellent preventative treatment for anti-ageing.

HOW TO USE 

• Mix in palm a small amount with your preferred serum or moisturiser.

• Avoiding contact with eyes, pat or massage into skin until absorbed.

• DECIEM also highly recommends to mix this with their Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% serum, two of the most powerful and important antioxidants. Ferulic Acid helps to double the photo-protective effect of Vitamin C, and also helps to stabilise Vitamin C.

Use once a day, in the AM or PM.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Do NOT mix with treatments/serums that are highly acidic, contain Niacinamide, peptides, retinol or with EUK 134 as the combination can affect the integrity of the product.

• As with any highly concentrated pure Vitamin C, a tingling but non-irritating sensation is to be expected during the first 1-2 weeks of use until the skin has built tolerance to high exposure.

• Pure Vitamin C is known to be extremely unstable and can oxidise easily. Oxidation happens when a Vitamin C product degrades in the presence of water, heat, and light. This is when the product changes its colour and turns brownish, which in this case should be discarded.

• Supplied in UV-protective brown tinted bottle to reduce light degradation of the product. 

• Store in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.

• Always conduct a patch test before use on unbroken skin.

• Should persistent irritation occur, stop use immediately and consult your local physician.

• Keep out of reach from children.
