Bakuchiol Moisturiser

A plant-based alternative to retinol, this rejuvenating moisturiser contains age-defying ingredient – Bakuchiol, to help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while stimulating collagen and improving elasticity for a refreshed complexion.

WHY IT’S SPECIAL

The real star of the show in this formula is Bakuchiol, a plant-derived alternative that mimics the age-defying benefits similar to Retinol, without having to deal with the potential irritation that Retinol can cause.

Bakuchiol helps to regulate skin cell behaviour just like Retinol in encouraging collagen production, which means more collagen stays in our skin and therefore making the skin firmer. Emerging researches have shown that Bakuchiol also boasts an incredible ability in reducing the effects of sun damage, thus making the skin firmer, more even, and more wrinkle-free.

The formulation is also packed with an antioxidant and fatty-acid (Omega-3) rich ingredient, Squalane, including a hydrating Sacha Inchi Oil, to help keep your skin hydrated and nourished while strengthening its protective barrier.

Suitable for: Normal/Sensitive/Combination/Oily skin types. 

Feels like: A lightweight cream.

HOW TO USE

• After cleansing and serums, apply a small amount about 1-2 times the size of a blueberry to face and neck.

Use in the AM and/or PM. 

GOOD TO KNOW

• Unlike retinols, Bakuchiol is safe for day-use, during pregnancy and breast feeding.

• We always recommend patch testing on the inside of the forearm 24 hours before using.

• Introduce new products slowly so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation.

• External use only.
